Location of the colleges
The ParisTech cluster of excellence is located in three places.
In Paris
With AgroParisTech, Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Chimie ParisTech, ENSAE ParisTech, ENSTA ParisTech, ESPCI ParisTech, MINES ParisTech and Télécom ParisTech.
When they were founded, most of the schools of ParisTech were usually located in the Latin Quarter, that part of the Left Bank where intellectual and university life has developed since the Middle Ages. Most of them are still there, close to each other, in the heart of a very lively student district and in the capital’s historic centre.
In Marne la Vallée
with the École des Ponts ParisTech.
On the Saclay plateau
or close by, with the École Polytechnique in Palaiseau, HEC Paris in Jouy-en-Josas and the Institut d'Optique Graduate School in Palaiseau.
The location of the ParisTech schools will change in the framework of Operation Campus, because several of the colleges currently located in Paris will be moving out to the Saclay plateau.
