  • WCAG_anchor26 May 2011 - NEW PARISTECH MASTERS COURSE RANGE 2011-2012

Last year, the 12 ParisTech Grandes écoles embarked on a Master’s course policy.

Their aim was to provide a top-quality range of courses – i.e., competitive, attractive and consistent – which they opted to promote abroad jointly. A first set of 26 Masters has already received ParisTech accreditation (67 programmes) divided into 11 fields. The colleges continued their work and presented new Masters propositions for ParisTech accreditation. The Master Committee put forward 12 new Masters for accreditation and the directors and president of ParisTech approved this second set on 11 May 2011.

ParisTech Masters now comprise 38 Master’s degrees (82 programmes, with 60% international students), divided into 12 fields. These include research and professional Master’s degrees in partne

rship with universities, companies, and research laboratories. Over 1,000 Master’s students are concerned each year.

All of the colleges are now involved in this new course range and 22 of the Master’s degrees associate more than one college. Promotion is done through the ParisTech Masters portal, which is linked to an international portal and to the colleges’ Masters websites. 2011-2012 will see a new stage of international promotion, including participation in international fairs (e.g. QS World Grad Tour).
